WHO WE ARE
Glowacki Maritime was founded in 1981 by Tomasz (Tomek) M. Glowacki current managing director and principal consultant. Tomek has over 40 years of experience in various industries and many different roles from floor experience to general manager role. Tomek has mechanical degree, he is cerified Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma & DFSS and Six Sigma Black Belt. He also carry Ocean Going Yacht Master certificate. Over the years he formed many alliances which today they may serve clients.

Although we have been working with client from small to large corporations, our niche is helping and/or cooperating with small and medium sized clients to discover their potential. By working with many yards in different capacity Tomek has learnt about their strong and weak points of operation. We help solving strategic issues related to maritime and industrail projects. We also provide on site courses on project management and continuous improvement.

Our vision is to provide industry with expert advice on how to improve their ability to execute strategy through top clas engineering, Quality Assurance, project management, continuous improvement, and change leadership. We provide expertise in feasibility sudies, design management, engineering packaging, tendering, contract preparation and management, project management, quality assurance, continuous improvement, shipyard management, mediation services, litigation support, and trouble shooting.
OUR UNIQUE PROPOSITION
I offer 20 hours of professional services and/or advice on your site free of charge. This time could be used in a various ways. It could be spent on a general assessment, or already selected area for improvement or on any general consulting regarding area of concern. There is no risk involved and no obligation. As a result of my visit, there will be a short report on what I observed. This report will be a combination of what I heard, what I saw and what I "read between the lines".
